CFM LAN LIABILITY WAIVER

In order to keep CFM a safe and successful event, everyone who attends must assume a role of responsibility. Take note that when you sign up to participate in a LAN Gathering, you thereby agree to all of the following stipulations and agree that in the event that any of the following rules are broken, you will be ousted from the event without refund pending criminal charges.

Code of Conduct
1. NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES
2. NO DRUGS
3. NO THEFT
4. NO VANDALISM
5. NO VIOLENCE
6. NO CHEATING
7. NO LEWD CONDUCT
(Don't mess with anyone's equipment or belongings unless they ask you to)
(If you are caught cheating, you will be evicted from CFM and banned from all future events)

Liability Statement

CFM founders, event organizers, nor any person holding an administrative position at any CFM LAN Gathering will be held liable for any injury, any inaccurate information, damage or loss of computer equipment, related peripherals, or information stored on computers. It is the individual's responsibility to take the necessary measures to protect his/her property. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS. In addition, none of the aforementioned parties will be held liable for any personal injury that transpires during/on the premises of this event.

Terms of Participation

By participating in any CFM event, you agree to uphold the Code of Conduct (above) and acknowledge the Liability Statement (also above). You authorize your removal from any event due to any action an administrator or any LAN supervisor deems inappropriate. In addition, you understand that you may be criminally charged for inappropriate action(s) (defined above as "any action an administrator or any LAN supervisor deems inappropriate) you commit while the event is taking place.
